Poland Vs Nigeria Friendly: Uzoho, Omeruo, 6 Others Swell Eagles Camp To 14 As Players Hit Gym
Nigeria’s Super Eagles camp at the Municipal Stadium Wroclaw, Poland continued to bubble with the arrival of goalkeeper, Francis Uzoho, Elderson Echiejile, Stephen Eze, Italy based Joel Obi ahead of Friday’s international friendly against the Polish senior national team.
Other arrivals in camp include Turkish-based defender, Shehu Abdullahi, John Ogu, KAA Gent forward, Moses Simon and Kenneth Omeruo, were among the latest players that hit the team’s camp for the much awaited friendly.
The news of their arrival was disclosed on the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) official twitter handle, with the previous six players that came into camp on Monday.
“Latest arrivals. Francis Uzoho, Elderson Echiejile, Stephen Eze, Joel Obi, Shehu Abdullahi, John Ogu, Moses Simon, Kenneth Omeruo,” the statement reads on twitter.
More players from the 28 invited are expected to join the camp as they intensify preparation for the double header friendly against Poland and the senior national team of Serbia next Tuesday at the Hive in London.
Meanwhile, the players took to the gym on Tuesday as part of preparation for their pre-world cup campaign.
