Obodo Joins Romanian Side, Pandurii On One-Year Deal
Former Super Eagles midfielder, Christian Obodo has joined Romanian club, CS Pandurii Targu Jiu from another Romanian side, Concordia Chiajna, on a one-year contract.
The midfielder fondly called ‘Bundle of Skills’, who plays defensive midfielder, has rich experience in the Premier League in Italy where football actually began performance. It evolved in the period 2001 – 2004 in Perugia, 2004 – 2005 from Fiorentina in the period 2005 – 2012 was the player of the Udinese where the last two seasons of this period was loaned to Torino and Lecce.
He totaled over 200 matches in Premier League Italian Italian Cup and has a CV and 30 games evolved in European competitions, UEFA Europa League and Champions League. In the period from 2013 to 2015 played for Dinamo Minsk in Russia Olhanense in Portugal and Skoda Xanthi in Greece. In addition to experience in European competitions are added to his impressive resume and 21 appearances in the national team of Nigeria.
Earlier this year Obodo signed with Concordia Chiajna which evolved into all parties and championship play-outs respectively in 17 matches, managing four matches.
