Moses Simon Survives Injury Scare In Gent’s Friendly Win
Super Eagles forward, Moses Daddy-Ajala Simon, survived injury scare on Tuesday after he was rushed to the hospital as a result of collision in club-friendly match between KAA Gent and FC Nuremberg of Germany.
Simon had a collision with Nuremberg player early in the 24th minute of the game, but recent scan result carried on his ankle revealed the 22-year-old winger only had a bruise on his right leg allaying the fear of injury lay off.
The former Ex-AS Trecin forward has netted five goals in his over 18 games appearance for Gent in the current Belgian First Division A season. He is also part of the Super Eagles squad that qualified Nigeria for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
