Borussia Dortmund’s club record 11-match winning run came to a halt at TSG Hoffenheim after Thomas Tuchel’s side were forced to a 1-1 draw by the home team.

Sebastian Rudy gave Hoffenheim a shock lead three minutes before the end of the first half but Dortmund were soon back on level terms at the start of the second half through Gabonese ‎Striker Pierre Emerick Aubameyang for his seventh goal of the season. Tuchel’s team failed to find the winner though both momentum and territorial advantage were with Dortmund as the home side held on for a 1-1 draw.
Speaking on the result after the game, Borussia Dortmund Manager Thomas Tuchel said: “We were dominant but not consequential enough. We were just missing something today.”
The draw leaves‎ Dortmund in second place on 16 points from 6 games, two points behind Champions Bayern Munich after their 5-1 thrashing of VFL Wolfsburg
