. Sacked Cameroon Coach Volke Finke

Cameroon coach Volke Finke has been sacked from his job as Indomitable Lions manager, after the decision was taken by the Cameroon Football Federation(Fecafoot) executive committee.

The 67-year old German, who was appointed in 2013, has eventually paid for poor campaigns at the 2014 World Cup and 2015 Africa Cup of Nations under his watch.
Fecafoot ‎has also confirmed Alexandre Belinga as the interim head coach and would be assisted by Djonkep Bonaventura. The pair are likely to be in charge for the two-legged 2018 World Cup Qualifier against Niger Republic on the 13th and 17th of November.
