Argentina, Portugal, Spain, Brazil Fight As World Cup Enters Knock-Out Stages

The team that made it to the last 16 are Host country, Russia, France, Argentina, Uruguay, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Denmark, Brazil, Mexico, Belgium, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, Colombia, and England.
The fixture kicks-off today and countries would be fighting for a winner-takes-all glory.

France vs Argentina – Saturday, June 30 – 3pm kick-off
Argentina would need to up their ante if they are to take anything out of the game against France. Messi and his team qualified off the hook as they had to wait until the last group game against Nigeria to seal their qualification.
France finished at the top of their group and would expect to come out victorious against the Argentines.
Prediction: FRANCE WINS
Uruguay vs Portugal – Saturday, June 30 – 7pm kick-off
Cristiano Ronaldo led Portugal put up an excellent display as they held Spain 3-3 in their first match of the tournament to tell the world they are ready for the contest.
Uruguay, who topped Group A would be a tricky test for Ronaldo and his team and Suarez would be looking to add to his tally in the competition.

Russia vs Spain – Sunday, July 1 – 3pm kick-off
The host country would be hoping to capitalize on the slackness of Spain to cause an upset by sending the Spaniards home.
Spain, after qualifying through the hard way has to increase their game if they are to come out victorious against the Russians.
Prediction: RUSSIA WINS
Croatia vs Denmark – Sunday, July 1 – 7pm kick-off
Croatia shocked the football world with their 3-0 win over Argentina and topped Group D ahead of Nigeria and Iceland.
Denmark would need to put their all into the game if they are to expect anything from the game.
Prediction: CROATIA WINS
Brazil vs Mexico – Monday, July 2 – 3pm kick-off
Neymar and the Brazil team bounced back from their draw in the first game to win Group E and would need to maintain their run if they want to go far in the mundial.
Mexico, a youthful side would sit back and hit their opponent at the counter.
Prediction: BRAZIL WINS
Belgium vs Japan Monday, July 2 -7pm kick-off
The Belgians have been performing well in the tournament and are part of the favourites to reach the final in Russia.
Japan has a high mountain to climb and have to play an all-attack all defend formation if they are to cause an upset and progress to the next stage.
Winner: BELGIUM WINS
Sweden vs Switzerland – Tuesday, July 3 – 3pm kick-off
Sweden has been performing well so far in the tournament and has put themselves in the centre of the tournament.
Switzerland is not only looking to progress but would hope to win comfortably as they are aiming high in the competition.
Prediction: SWITZERLAND WINS
Colombia vs England – Tuesday, July 3 7pm kick-off
The Three Lions have been rated high in the tournament and have been at the top of their game.
Colombia would need to be clinical at the front if they would expect anything in the match.
Prediction: ENGLAND WINS
Winners would be playing quarterfinals of the mundial on the 6th and 7th of July in Russia.
